I purchased your 1 1/2 Fabric Button~Ups Machine and eagerly awaited its arrival! Once opened and sorted all the goodies, within 30 minutes I made 12 badge reels (embroidered and all) and was completely hooked on your machine! Then I posted photos of the badge reels on my Facebook page and immediately had 3 orders! Of course I was hooked and order more supplies the next day! Now to talk my hubby into letting me get the 2 1/4 machine.... Thanks for a "Quality" Product! Sherri Yokom Monogrammingbysherri.com |

I was a little hesitant about ordering the Button Machine since I had never actually seen one. Thank goodness I did! It has been the most exciting project I have had since I purchased my first embroidery machine. It's the perfect compliment to the embroidery machine. I love it and being able to make gifts so quickly. And, thank you for offering such a variety of items to make. My friends REALLY thank you!

I was having a mammogram yesterday and of course noticed the badge reel the technician had, which was only plain plastic. And naturally I had to share with her that I had just what she needed. Then I explained. She said I should bring my embroidered button cover stuff by the office sometime. While she went to talk to the doctor, I called my husband who was in the waiting room and asked him to go to the car and get my bag with my embroidered button samples. After I finished my appointment, I retrieved the bag from him and went back into the office. As a result, I sold 6 monogrammed badge reels in about 15 minutes. Gotta be prepared with your samples and don't be too shy to share. You just might make a sale! Love my 1.5" Button~Ups Fabric Button Cover Machine so much, I decided to purchase the 2 1/4? Fabric Button Cover Machine. I'm on a roll! Love the extra money!

I love my button machine!!! I was hesitant to purchase it as I had not made that many buttons and did not plan on doing this as a business. I'm a nurse and for Christmas last year I did badge reels for my staff (someone in another department had gotten one at a craft fair). My fingers were so sore after doing 15!!! They wanted another one in the spring, so I did 15 more. Then other people started asking if I would make them one--after about 5 requests I thought if I could just sell enough to pay for the machine, then it would be worth the investment. Then perhaps I could make a little extra money to pay for sewing trips to Huntsville. So I bought it--6 weeks later I've made $800!!! Mostly it has been badge reels, but with the sample pack Hope sends you--you can try key rings, pins, and magnets. I've branched out to pacifier clips with coordinating burp cloths made from diapers. The machine is great and really fascinating just to pull the handle and see how great the finished product looks. I bought the Ladybug Button~Ups Embroidery Collection last year, but never used it until now. Thanks Hope for opening this door for me. Cathy Bradford Kennett, MO |

"I love my BUTTON-UP FABRIC BUTTON COVER MACHINE from Hope Yoder! Seriously, I love it! It is a high quality, heavy duty, quality piece of equipment I am delighted to add to my sewing workroom. It has been very easy to master and performs with exact precision each and every time. Very, very user friendly - what more could you ask? I have covered thousands of buttons by hand, but those days are over. I will guard my machine as carefully as my favorite pair of scissors, if you know what I mean!!! Thank you, Hope, for bringing this wonderful tool to button "coverers" everywhere. I can tell how much thought and input you had bringing this product to home embroiderers and home businesses. You did good!!!"

PS. Check out her website. I bought a pair of flip flops from her and they are the best looking flip flops I've found anywhere (and the flip flops are a wonderful quality that won't wear out). Well worth the $$$. Love the "Bridal" flip flops. Great idea! |
Hi Hope! Just finished trying a button with the new grosgrain ribbon. What a dream!! The designs stitch out beautifully on it and it's very easy to work with. It cuts cleanly and goes on the button backs easily. Glad you're carrying it - it's a real quality product. Debi Farrell 352-650-0436 debi.farrell@gmail.com |

I received my 1 1/2" button machine from my husband for Christmas ( I think he just got tired of listening to me talk about how great it was!!) and immediately started practicing making buttons for family and friends as gifts. I've made pin backs, bookmarks, pacifier clips, badge reels, ponytail holders and key rings. I recently purchased the 2 1/4" machine and just received the mirror kit. Hope's Button~Ups designs stitch out beautifully and the button machine makes it so easy to cut the designs and put the buttons together perfectly every time!
I just purchased the commercial license for Bizzy Bees and the Ladybug designs and hope to start my business soon. The comments I have received so far have been very positive. Hope (and Kim, too!) has been extremely helpful every time I've had a question and they want very much to see all of us succeed, too. I can't wait to start making some extra money making BUTTONS!! Thank you so much, Hope, for everything you do!

I finally used the fabric button cover machine last night. I cannot tell you how much I LOVE it. I was using the old fashion rubber thingy to cover my buttons. Sometimes they came out wrinkled or off center. No matter how hard I tried I could not get consistent quality the old fashion way. Then I saw the button cover machine on your website. I really wanted it; but, I wanted to see it in person. So, I impatiently waited for you to come to the Sewing Expo in Atlanta. I tried it and was amazed at how easy it was to use. I bought the 1 ½ inch machine right then. It is the best thing ever. If you are one of those on the fence about the machine, don't hesitate; buy it right NOW. It is worth every dime. I promise you will not be sorry. I will soon be purchasing the 2 ¼ inch machine and more button up designs.
I currently sell pacifier clips on line at http://judybagcompany.etsy.com . This machine has inspired me to start making and selling monogrammed covered buttons, pins, badge reels, ponytail holders and maybe even the purse holder. I know this is going to be a money maker for me, especially since I have already purchased the Ladybug monogram button ups and the commercial license. I will be buying more of button cover ups embroidery designs and commercial licenses; as well as, 2 ¼ inch machine in the very near future.

Hope, I'm so glad I met you at KMIS in Tampa, otherwise I'd have no idea about your fabulous button machine. I'm not really a machine person - you'd never know it if you saw my studio setup with two embroidery/sewing machines, two fancy sewing machines, two Babylock Embellishers (7 and 12 needle) and one fantastic Imagine serger) (They are just sitting there looking pretty until I need to use them! - and I use one of them just about every spare moment!) but your button machine is a solid, top quality product and a dream to use. I've only had a small amount of time so far to play with it and my embellished pins turned out fantastic. Last weekend, my 10 and 13-year old granddaughters literally took it over after I demo'd one button pin to let them see how neat it is and easy to use; they were so into creating pins for their football team that I couldn't even get close to it !!! I just love it (and so did they).

I bought your 1.5" button machine last Fall and I absolutely LOVE it!! I have been making lots of scissor zingers & key chains, for myself and friends. I also LOVE the eyeglass holder, I wear "cheaters" and it is so nice to have them close by. I love the 1.5" so much that I just bought the 2.25" larger button machine, I can't wait to get it and start making the larger button covers. I love the Christmas designs you have for the button covers, I ordered those and did some Gingerbread Men and Snowflake covers. Thank you Hope for your inspiration and Creativity and making these Button Machines available to us. I LOVE IT!

Thank you for the revised version of the Pretty Girl Button-Ups CD! What fabulous Customer Service! I was delighted to receive the updated version and have never experienced such wonderful customer service! Your attention to detail and unique selection make your site one of my favorite places to shop!
Thanks Again, Elizabeth Hitchcock |
I love your button makers! I have been making monogrammed fabric covered buttons for a few years--the hard way. I spent hours online looking for a button maker that would give me more options. You have no idea how excited I was to find the machine I had dreamed of right in front of me--and I was able to see it work perfectly with cloth!!!! The Button~Ups Circular Fabric Rotary Cutter™ is an added bonus. I have used all kinds of templates and scrapbooking tools to cut the perfect circle. But, the Button~Ups Circular Fabric Rotary Cutter™ is the simplest and most precise.
I used the button machines to make a lot of Christmas gifts this year. I love your Button~Ups Christmas Mini Collection designs. I made a lot of key chains and gave them with teachers gifts. I baked cinnamon bread in a Longaberger Pottery dish and hung the keychain with the bow at the top of the cellophane bag. It looked very festive. I added a gingerbread man keychain to a bag of gingerbread cookies for some other gifts. I also gave some hair bow buttons to my children's classmates and my nieces.
Your embroidery designs are fabulous and stitch out beautifully. I embroidered some hand towels (with another embroidery design that I purchased online). They turned out really nice-but I had to stitch over them twice. I thought-"If these were Hope's designs, I wouldn't have to do this!"
I was so excited to see the Blank Key Finders on your website. I use a Key Finder all the time. It is one of those things that has really changed my life! No more digging around in a bottomless purse! I had searched online for some blank ones and was unable to find any. It is uncanny...I look for something and it isn't long before you have it on your website.

Let me just start by saying what and amazing pieces of equipment your Button Machines are. I can't stop thinking of all the really cool things I can do with the machines. I have purchased the 1.5 inch and the 2.25 inch button machines and I think that I have died and gone to heaven while pressing my monogrammed bottle top openers and to cute pony tail holders. The first thing I made were name pin back buttons for myself and the others in the store and wow at the people who have asked us where we got them and can we make them one. You are amazing and I can't wait to see all the new things you find for all of us button machine owners.

"I LOVE my button machine. I've been having such fun making buttons, I don't want to do anything else. The Christmas designs were perfect, and I've received lots of wonderful feedback on the ladybug monograms. The little girls love them. Being able to buy a commercial license so I can use Hope's cute designs in my business is a great idea. My next project is to make some special buttons for adult clothing. The ideas never stop. Just wish I have at least 12 more hours in each day. I cannot believe how easy it is to get professional results."

Hope, I just wanted to take a moment and send you a thank you for all that you are doing. I just got a button machine and have been making buttons. I am having a lot of fun and making a little extra money. I just met with a client to make a grandma sweater using your QT Pie Stick Figure designs, and she saw the button machine on my table and ended up buying 4 buttons along with her sweater. Thank you for providing items that can be used to help me support my sewing habit. Your commercial licenses are great. I like being able to make items that I can sell with your beautiful designs. My customers love the Ladybug Monogram Button~Up designs, and the Christmas buttons are making great necklaces and pony tail holders. I love your embroidery designs. They always stitch out beautifully. I also like the fact that your directions are on the CD and I can refer back to it as needed and I don't have papers laying around that get lost, usually folded up in my project. I love to make items that are personalized and special that can be handed down from generation to generation. Your designs and patterns lend themselves to that. I have been sewing for quite some time and have used many different patterns and I have to say that your directions far surpass the quality of the other ones that I have used. Your attention to detail and the pictures that you include make the project that I am working on go much smoother. Your helpful hints make a new technique work great. Once again, Thank you very much and please keep coming up with new items that will continue to help me grow my business too.

I have been looking at the videos on your website for the button machine and finally decided to purchase one. After reading all the instructions and looking at the videos on the CD, I made my first button. It is so easy and I couldn't believe how fast it goes! In less than 5 minutes I had stitched a design and had my finished button! I love my machine and can't stop thinking of uses for the buttons. I initially bought it to make inexpensive gifts for kids, co-workers, friends, etc., the items are so inexpensive and I have a gift for under $5. I am now hoping all my "gifts" will help my hobby turn into a business, so far everyone has loved their button gifts.
As usual, your instructions are well written and fool-proof, and the designs are professionally done. I've made lots of covered buttons the "old" way, but with my button machine they look ready-made instead of "homemade", and more more wrinkles anywhere!
Thanks for providing us with such a wonderful product, I knew if it came from you that it would be well worth it, I have never been disappointed with anything from you yet!

When I first saw the 1 1/2" Button-Ups machine, I just knew I had to have one. Like many other small business owners, I wasn't sure I could afford it. I took a chance and ordered one anyway. I could not wait for its arrival. I absolutely love it!! Although I offer a variety of button products, I can't believe how well the collapseable purse holders are selling. I enjoy customizing buttons especially for my customers. Each one is very unique and personal. Hope, thanks for offering the Buttons-Up machine. The designs you created and the products you offer are fabulous. My customers have been very pleased with their purse holders. This item and the Ladybug font are my best sellers!

Hi Hope, My daughter made buttons by hand (that I embroidered) for flip flops and hair bows for my 3 granddaughters to give as gifts. All the kids love them. SO, when I saw your machine I decided to give her one as a gift. When it arrived I played with it and now it's mine!! I make the buttons for my daughter and she does her magic. My granddaughters have parties and everyone comes because they know they will get a button. My mother who lives in a retirement community wanted pins for her friends to wear on their hats, purses and jackets. This little machine has really been a hit. I go to sleep making buttons and wake up making them. It's so much fun to design new buttons. I decided to make a few for work. I am a nurse and we wear the badge pulls. Every day they can't wait to see what I came up with last night. Well, I made over $300.00 the first week. The orders keep coming. I can hardly keep up. I have just ordered the larger machine. Can't wait to get started. I already have orders waiting. I had been hoping to retire early and now I think I can. Thank you Hope for making life a lot more FUN!!! WOW! That's the only thing I can say. I love this machine, and it REALLY works. I can make buttons faster than I can embroider the designs. ~Karen Smith |
